This Community Radio Talk is to bring us closer to our kitchen and to make us understand that there is a good healing effect in all the food that we eat. Also to make us understand what needs to be avoided for a good health. At these troubled times due to pandemic we can definitely explore all the advantages of our daily food.

Dr.Abhignya .N is Project Assistant at Government Ayurveda College, Bangalore and also Chief Consultant at Ksharapani Ayurveda Clinic at Indiranagar.

Snakebites are uncommon in urban residential environment with few incidents occasionally. But in large green spaces like a park or a golf course few reporting do happen. The vast majority of the victims of snakebite panic and reach a state of shock. This interview provides us confidence and to lead a victim of snakebite to come out of danger by adopting simple techniques and practices.
The medical first aid information resource is provided by Dr. S.R. Gajendra Singh, Principal, R.V. College of Nursing to host A.Chandran, Assistant Professor & Coordinator, RVIM Centre for Social Responsibility.
